Conditions of Sale
At M-K Cavapoo Puppies, our priority is to ensure that every Cavapoo puppy finds a safe, loving, and responsible home. To protect both our puppies and adopting families, we have outlined the following Conditions of Sale. Please read them carefully before completing your adoption.
1. Adoption Agreement
1.1 All families adopting from M-K Cavapoo Puppies must sign our official Adoption Agreement, which confirms the puppy’s health status, adoption fee, and the responsibilities of both parties.
1.2 By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined below.
2. Pricing & Payment
2.1 Adoption fees vary depending on the puppy’s coat color, size, generation (F1, F1b, etc.), and other factors. Exact pricing will be provided once you select your puppy.
2.2 A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. Until the deposit is received, the puppy will remain available to other families.
2.3 The remaining balance of the adoption fee must be paid in full before the puppy leaves our care.
2.4 Accepted payment methods will be clearly outlined during the adoption process.
3. Health Guarantee
3.1 All puppies are sold with a written health guarantee. This guarantee covers genetic health conditions and confirms that your puppy has received all age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming.
3.2 A certified veterinarian examines each puppy before leaving for their new home. A complete health record will be provided to you.
3.3 We strongly encourage new owners to schedule a vet appointment within 72 hours of pickup or delivery to confirm the puppy’s health.
4. Puppy Care & Responsibility
4.1 Puppies are sold as companion pets only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Breeding rights, if applicable, are subject to separate terms and conditions.
4.2 By adopting, you agree to provide your puppy with proper veterinary care, nutrition, exercise, training, and a safe, loving environment.
4.3 If, for any reason, you can no longer care for your Cavapoo, you must contact M-K Cavapoo Puppies first. Puppies are not to be surrendered to shelters, rescues, or sold without our knowledge.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 We offer local pickup, ground transport, and air nanny delivery options. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
5.2 We do not release puppies before they are at least 8 weeks old (sometimes longer, depending on each puppy’s individual development).
5.3 While we ensure the highest standards of safety during travel, M-K Cavapoo Puppies is not liable for unexpected delays or circumstances outside our control once the puppy has been released to a professional carrier.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
6.1 Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your chosen puppy and remove them from availability.
6.2 In the rare event that a health issue prevents a puppy from being placed, we will either offer a replacement puppy of equal value or refund the deposit.
6.3 No refunds will be issued for changes of mind after the adoption has been finalized.
7. Liability
7.1 M-K Cavapoo Puppies is not responsible for any costs incurred after the puppy leaves our care, including but not limited to veterinary bills, training, grooming, or damages caused by the puppy.
7.2 While we strive to provide accurate information on temperament, size, and behavior, we cannot guarantee the adult size, coat type, personality, or compatibility of the puppy.
8. Agreement of Terms
By completing the adoption process and submitting payment, you agree to abide by all the terms outlined in these Conditions of Sale.
